THE NIGHT MARKET AT RICARDO’S

SATURDAY, APRIL 19, 2025

Load-in: starts at 2:30 PM
Event Hours: 4-8 PM
Happy Hours: 3-6 PM (inside Ricardo’s Bar Area)
Load-out: 8 PM (complete by 10 PM)

EVENT LOAD-IN

  • Vendor Load-in: Begins at 2:30 PM. Please be completely set up by 4:00 PM.

  • Unload First, Then Park: Use the vendor loading area to offload your items, then park your vehicle before setting up your booth.

  • Late Setup Not Allowed: If you arrive after 4 PM, setup may not be permitted unless pre-approved & arranged.

  • Booth Assignments: Your designated booth space will be marked with your business name.

  • Booth placements are pre-assigned and final. Relocating or swapping spaces is not allowed.

  • Please do not move street cones or park next to them—they are there for traffic and space control.

  • Once you’re done unloading, move your vehicle to the vendor parking areas shown on the event map. Leave the closest parking spots available for guests and attendees—thank you for your cooperation!

  • Timing is crucial for a smooth and successful event. Please allow enough time for travel, unloading, and setup so we can all start strong!

EVENT LOAD-OUT

  • Load-out begins at 8:00 PM.

  • Early booth teardown is not allowed unless previously coordinated with event staff. Please be sure to bring enough inventory to last the full event. This helps maintain the overall event experience and ensures fairness to all participating vendors.

  • Keep Your Space Clean. Before you leave, please ensure your booth area is clean and free of any trash or debris. Your help in keeping the space tidy is greatly appreciated!

  • Trash Disposal: A dumpster is available for vendor use at the southeast end of the lot. Before departing, feel free to dispose of your trash and waste there.
